Will there be a resort pool? Applications are being prepared to have a resort pool completed by the end of 2008. (subject to council & body corporate approval).

What facilities are onsite? Sandcastles Resort fronts onto the protected and patrolled end Agnes Water beach. The resort includes Kahuna's Restaurant and Bar, Beans café, Sandcastles1770 Motel along with conference facilities.

How close are we to town centre? We are on the beach side in town centre. Town centre shopping, restaurants, café's, surf shop, boutiques, newsagents, IGA and Food Works and the soon to be developed Jeffery Court Precinct.

What Services are in Agnes Water? It is like you never left home. Broadband Internet, modern medical centre, fire service, police station, light aircraft landing strip, bowling club, 9 hole golf course, boat ramp, and surf life saving club.

What is the climate like? The Discovery Coast has temperate subtropical climate with frequent cool south easterly breezes.

Is there surf? Yes - Agnes Point is the northern most surf beach on Australia's east coast. For the experienced surfer, unbelievable reef breaks are just offshore.
